The Single Woman’s Dash of Sass: Spring Clean Your LIFE!

Quote of the Day:

You leave old habits behind by starting out with the thought, ‘I release the need for this in my life.’ ~Wayne Dyer

The Single Woman Says:

Today is the first day of a new month – a month that will see the first day of spring! We made it through the long winter months and now we are on the horizon of a new season! As you go through your day today, I urge you to take stock of the things in your life that are weighing you down and release them. Let them go and don’t look back. They served a purpose for a season, but that season has passed. Refuse to take your winter coat or your winter mindset into spring’s bright sun. You might think you NEED to cling to that person or that thing or that job or that fear or that heartbreak…but clinging to the junk of days gone by is like tying weights to your arms and trying to fly! There is new growth on the other side of letting go. Spend the next few weeks leading up to spring figuring out what makes you happy – then hold a yard sale for everything that doesn’t. A new season is here!

If you need a little help letting go, my new book is just the nudge in the right direction that you’re looking for:
