Happy Thanksgiving, friends! I hope today you are surrounded by family and friends and love. I hope that you remember that a thankful heart is a beautiful heart. And I hope you give pause for a moment to reflect upon the past year and give thanks for everything that came your way AND everything that went away…because every bit of it is another thread in the rich, beautiful tapestry of your life.

There is nothing that can happen to you, good or bad, that can’t become a blessing if you’re willing to learn the lesson. Every hurt, every tear, every heartbreak, every fear…all of it can make you instead of break you, with the right attitude. Today: Hit the pause button and stop right where you’re at for a moment.
